After spending over ten years as an independent videographer and television news photojournalist, Michael Johnston
founded Scioto Valley Productions in 2008 to bring a new level of video production to the DC area. Michael's television
background has provided him a wide range of shooting experience from covering the University of Oklahoma sports to flying
in a US Air Force refueling tanker to capturing the historic moments of President Obama's Inauguration on the national mall.
Those experiences, combined with hard work and a dedication to visual storytelling, gained him several awards over the past
few years. Now, he brings that experience and dedication to you through Scioto Valley Productions.
