After spending over ten years as an independent videographer and television news photojournalist, Michael Johnston founded Scioto Valley
Productions in 2008 to bring a new level of video production to the Washington DC area. Michael's television background provided him a
wide range of shooting experience from covering the University of Oklahoma sports to flying in a US Air Force refueling tanker to capturing
the historic moments of President Obama's Inauguration on the national mall. Those experiences, combined with hard work and a
dedication to visual storytelling, gained him several awards over the past few years. Now, he brings that experience and dedication to you
through Scioto Valley Productions.
In July 2010, Scioto Valley Productions will relocate to Dallas, TX. Our mission is to bring a new era of professional digital video production
to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and to provide local businesses high quality professional video production at the most competitive prices in the
